In the current era of globalization, language learning centered around e
learning applications has
become a popular choice among students. This learning method refers to the use of technology and
electronic platforms in the process of teaching and learning languages. Arabic language learning
is no exception to the influence of this technological advancement. The impact of 21st century
learning and the fourth industrial revolution has transformed the landscape of education, bringing
significant changes to al l aspects of life, including education. Arabic language learning has also
undergone a transformation from classroom based learning, allowing students to learn
independently through mobile phones. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the themes
highlighted in the literature on Arabic language learning modules that utilize smartphones. The
research employs a qualitative and literature based approach to examine the situation and potential
of smartphone applications as the future of Arabic language learning. T he application offers
advantages to students in various aspects, such as virtual learning methods, unrestricted access to
time and place, rich and engaging multimedia elements, and a student centered learning approach.
The study also proposes further resea rch suggestions on the development and potential of Arabic
language learning using smartphone applications.

Islam has stipulated the giving of dowry from the husband to his wife through a marriage contract. It is a recognition related to property ownership rights for women that contains various wisdom. However, the setting of dowry rates has been practiced in Malaysia with various approaches and different sources of Shariah legislation in the states without any uniformity. Therefore, this study examines the highlights of its legalization, the history of its practice in the state of Pahang and presents suggestions for its improvement. The research methodology is qualitatively based on one main instrument which is library research. Meanwhile, the data analysis method is based on deductive and descriptive content analysis. Various issues arise such as the absence of a clear source of authority, lack of compliance with the objectives of its legislation, very significant value differences, the priority of valuable gifts, confusion in the community's understanding and its function as a socio-economic guarantee for women. Therefore, it is necessary to create a clear cause for resetting the dowry rate in the State of Pahang to be more in line with the wisdom of the legislation and make it compatible with the current economic value.

MARITAL ISSUES IN THE BOOK OF ANNADHARAAT BY MANFALUTI

Al-Manfaluti's book contains many social issues addressed by the writer, all of which are represented in five templates that the writer followed in his stories and articles, namely: the call to enlighten society and motivate it towards independence of minds, self-respect, love in magnanimity, uniqueness and genius, criticism of writers, journalists, poets and linguists, criticism of politics and social corruption resulting from Western civilization, correction of moral warp and the call for good morals, and reform of marital and educational issues. This study sheds light on the first part of the last template in the book, which is marital issues, and how the author of the book deals with them, adopting a descriptive and analytical approach, thus linking the similarities of the topics addressed in the issues raised from the book, in order to reach the conclusion of the ideas that the writer calls for under each issue. The study found that the writer appealed in marital issues both to abandon injustice, and the call for charity, mercy, justice and loyalty, and appreciation of female minds and respect, and criticism of forced and early marriage, as well as in educational issues the call for female education to give them the outlets of freedom.

This study aims to identify the hadith of the Holy Qur’an about following the guidance of the Prophet، may ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him، and to explain the hadiths contained in following the example of the Prophet، may ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him، and to clarify the biography of the righteous predecessors in following the guidance of the Prophet، may ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him. We have the way، and it protects us from slipping in all matters، and even gives hope to accompany the Prophet، may ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him، in Paradise with the prophets، the truthful، the martyrs، and the righteous. Follow-up is of great importance in human life، so this modest research was made to clarify this matter. In this study، I followed the method of induction and analysis، as I tracked the verses and hadiths، and stories about the righteous predecessors in following the guidance of the Prophet، may ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him، and then I analyzed these news. I came out of this study with results، the most important of which are: Following the guidance of the Prophet، may ALLAH’s prayers and peace be upon him، removes every blemish from misguidance، deviance، or corruption from the faith، and corrects man’s vision، thought، and mind when he looks at his beliefs in ALLAH Almighty، and in his angels، books، and messengers. And the last day and fate and fate.
