GUIDELINES FOR WRITING ARTICLES FOR THE JOURNAL OF MANAGEMENT AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.

1. OBJECTIVES AND SCOPE
The Journal of Management and Information Technology is a peer-reviewed academic journal that serves as a scholarly platform to strengthen research and knowledge sharing in the fields of management, information technology, and related disciplines in the social sciences and humanities.

This journal accepts contributions of scholarly articles and critical reviews that are theoretical, empirical, or practical in nature, which can contribute to current academic discussions. The unique approaches and variety of topics make this journal suitable for researchers, academics, postgraduate students, and industry practitioners.

The main focus is on current issues in management, business, information management, information systems, digital innovation, technology-based organizational strategies, and the integration of technology in the development of society and organizations.

Published by Universiti Al-Quran Al-Sultan Abdullah Ahmad Shah Pahang (UNIQSAAS), this journal is managed by an independent Editorial Board consisting of academic members. The board is also supported by advisory panels and peer reviewers from higher education institutions locally and internationally to ensure high academic standards and the integrity of every published article.

2. REQUIREMENTS
Articles submitted must comply with the following requirements:

a. The manuscript submitted for publication must be original and has not been published or accepted for publication in any other journal.
b. The manuscript must be arranged in accordance to the following order:
    ▪ Title: A concise and meaningful title that reflects the content of the article.
    ▪ Author name(s) and institutional affiliation.
    ▪ Affiliation (Department, Faculty/Institute, Organization).
    ▪ Corresponding author: Name and address, email, phone number, and the author’s current position at the time of submission.
    ▪ Abstract: Not exceeding 150 words.
    ▪ Keywords: Authors must list 3 to 5 keywords for indexing purposes.
    ▪ Main content.
    ▪ Acknowledgement (if applicable).
    ▪ References.

3. WRITING FORMAT
a. Articles may be written in Malay or English.
b. Articles must follow the format below:
    • Program : Microsoft Word
    • Roman text
       Font type     : Times New Roman
       Font size      : 12
       Line spacing : 1
c. In-text citations and references/bibliography must follow the latest APA (American Psychological Association) format.
d. The title must be relevant to the content, concise, and clear.
e. The abstract must include the background or context, purpose or objectives, methods, results, conclusion or implications.
f. All manuscripts must include TWO (2) abstracts written in Malay and English. Manuscripts written in English only need to include an English abstract.
g. Each manuscript must include no more than FIVE (5) keywords to facilitate information retrieval.
h. Submitted articles must be in softcopy format using .docx (Microsoft Word) and must be submitted through the OJS UNIQSAAS system or via email to the editor-in-chief of the journal.
