LOGICAL MILESTONES IN THE POINT OF VIEW OF SHEIKH AL-ISLAM IBN HEJER AL-ASQALANI (D.852 AH)

Abstract

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the most honorable of creation and messengers, our master Muhammad, his family, and all of his companions. And after: the reader of the works of Prophetic tradition scholars - God have mercy on them - will notice their following a logical systematic pattern in presenting ideas, inferring on them, and they were distinguished by freedom of thought, different perspectives, and discussion of opinions, which result in all of this free scientific sayings that prevail in the cultural environment, and this study comes within Al-narrators curricula Path. To clarify a hidden side of a great narrator figure, Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Hejer Al-Asqalani (d.852 AH). This by tracing his book "The lookout in clarifying the elite thought"; to extract the most prominent logical tools that he used; All this to determine the rules of science of Prophetic tradition' term. I divided the research according to the topic, first I mentioned Ibn Hejer's translation and his scientific inception, and his logical features in the Perceptions section . At last, I concluded by clarifying the logical features in the certifications section.
