Abstract

This study aims to determine the stimulus and response based on the Qur'an, and their contribution to the educational values. This research is a library research, the primary data source is the Qur'anic manuscripts, and secondary data are books of interpretation, including Tafsir al-Maraghi, Tafsir al-Kabir or Mafatih al-Ghaib, Tafsir Ibn Katsir, Tafsir Al -Kasyaf, Tafsir al-Manar, Tafsir As-Sya'rawi. The method used in data analysis is content analysis. The results of this study are firstly, every believer is obliged to obey Allah Ta'ala and the prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), secondly responding to Allah's command should be done seriously and as well as possible, thirdly Allah Ta'ala gives rewards for His servants who obey and follow his command, the fourth Allah Ta'ala also respond to every Du'a of His servants, the last responses to social phenomena are indicators of the faith of a believer. The relevance to educational values is that having a good response to all that contain goodness is one part of the realm of educational goals, namely the realm of affective. Education should be able to instill a strong and comprehensive response in students.
